Capability Building Programs

Our teaching pedagogy is to understand the current proficiency level of the participants, designing a customized program based on the gaps identified and deliver the program in the most effective way. Our post evaluation assessment measures the transfer of the knowledge. We don’t stop here; we measure the outcome of the program over a period to check if participants have started using that knowledge in their day-to-day work and developed a new skill.
